What's up everyone. I'd like to say that this week wasn't awful, but there were some bad points about it. Well, I'm not going to waste much time in the introduction except that I end school on Monday. Big news! We have achieved 30,000 pageviews! There will be a special organized soon, and The Hot 45 Chart has almost hit 15,000! So, it's pretty much a two in one special. I will try to get that organized sometime this week. Now, onto this week's exits.

Debuts

~ Starting off our great entrant week is Sia and Sean Paul with Cheap Thrills. This song is really good and so fun to sing and dance to. It's a party song and it really will make your party great. I hope this song has a good countdown tenure because it's so good.

~ Selena Gomez is back again! This time with a positive, peacekeeping song, Kill Em With Kindness! This song is very good as well, the lyrical setup isn't the best but her vocals are so on point. It really is a good and positive song and I hope it has a good tenure like her other recent songs have.

~ Meghan Trainor - Me Too has debuted! This is easily one of my favorite, if not my favorite, of the singles from Meghan. Her vocals on Me Too are good and the funky dance/electronic style is really cool. I hope Hits 1 treats it good.

Cheap Blurbs

~ I'm so glad that Gwen Stefani - Make Me Like You has been holding on. This song was bound to leave about a month ago, but it's been clinging on for hope. It's good, because I still like the song.

~ So, Jason Derulo - If It Ain't Love has obnoxiously dropped. Why does Hits 1 have to get rid of his good songs so early and keep his godawful ones? It's really annoying.

~ Let's get The Weeknd - In The Night out of here. It's dropping, so that's good.

~ Charlie Puth - One Call Away is still holding the title of worst song on the countdown.

~ It's very annoying that Zara Larsson/MNEK - Never Forget You made a big jump and now it's dropping.

~ I wish Flo Rida - My House dropped more. Oh well.

~ It's good that Pitbull/Enrique Iglesias - Messin' Around had the biggest jump, I hope it gets higher up next week.

~ Yes! Ariana Grande - Dangerous Woman has achieved a new peak and it's close to the top 10. Let's go.

~ Yes again! P!nk - Just Like Fire has achieved a new peak and it's again, very close to the top 10. Let's go.

~ It's very good that Mike Posner/SeeB - I Took A Pill In Ibiza is back in the top 10. Let's keep it there.

~ Fifth Harmony - Work From Home is finally in the top 5! This is another great thing that happened this week.

~ It's a tad annoying that Panic! At The Disco - Victorious made a jump back into the top 3.

~ Justin Timberlake - Can't Stop The Feeling! is at the top again! This is a good thing!

  2. Wow, looks like you got this one up pretty quickly! That aside, looks like Sorry turned out to be Perfect all over again, in that it briefly grows back on you, but then even after a drop, it's as crappy as ever. But I'm ready for Charlie Puth to hang up.

Speaking of which, I noticed this is the first week since 4/16 where your least favorite song on the countdown didn't change, with it being Get Ugly, then Perfect, then Get Ugly again, then Adventure of a Lifetime, then Drag Me Down, then America's Sweetheart, then Roses, then One Call Away, now it's One Call Away again. Funny.

Also, pardon my shameless advertising, but any chance you may be able to check out my countdown blog? http://sxmh1wc.blogspot.com Thanks!

  3. Breaking News!

50 killed in shooting at Florida nightclub in possible act of Islamic terror.

A gunman who federal authorities say had possible ties to terrorism opened fire early Sunday morning in a packed Orlando nightclub, killing 50 people and wounding at least 53 more in a bloody scene that ended hours later when police stormed the building and killed the shooter.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer asked Gov. Rick Scott to declare a state of emergency following the attack.

The gunman was identified as Omar Mateen, Rep. Alan Grayson said during a Sunday morning press conference. Mateen was a U.S. citizen, Grayson said, though that was "not true of other family members of his." Mateen, 29, lived in Fort Pierce, Fla. He was born in New York to parents of Afghan origin and was a Muslim.

Latest news reports that this mass shooting could be tied to ISIS.

    1. I just heard. How much tragedies have occurred there this weekend? Now I'm wondering if Christina Grimmie's shooting was connected to terrorism in any way. What has this world come to? Such saddening news.

    2. Why does everyone assume that Christina Grimmie's death has any connection to the terrorist mass shooting at a gay night club in Orlando?

    3. I didn't say that. I said it makes me wonder if it has any other links to terrorism. -_-
