Debuts

~ Taylor Swift - New Romantics seems to have debuted with no airplay whatsoever during the week. A little odd, but I am definitely not complaining. New Romantics is a great song and always has me dancing. Taylor Swift says it is about her fans and a fan favorite and she is definitely right. This song is gold and I hope it does great on the countdown.

~ Next up is Pitbull, Osmani Garcia, and Lil Jon with El Taxi. At first, I really thought this song was stupid. It still is, but is really catchy. I can see this song getting some success on the countdown which sounds good to me.

~ Next from the graduating class is Rihanna and Drake with Work. This song is really catchy and is a good song for a party. I hope this song has some decent countdown success.

~ Lukas Graham - 7 Years debuts the highest. This song is pretty good and has a great meaning. I can see this song having countdown success and I hope it will.

Hit-Bound
  • James Bay - Let It Go
  • Meghan Trainor - No
  • We The Kings - The Story Of Tonight
  • Demi Lovato - Stone Cold
  • Nathan Sykes/Ariana Grande - Over And Over Again
  • X Ambassadors - Unsteady
  • One Direction - History
  • Fifth Harmony/Ty Dolla $ign - Work From Home
  • Timeflies - Once In A While
  • Grace - You Don't Own Me
  • Shawn Hook - Sound Of Your Heart
  • Tryon - Somebody To Love Me
  • Elle King - America's Sweetheart
  • Daya - Sit Still, Look Pretty
Blurb Romantics

~ Tori Kelly - Hollow has not had a good countdown tenure. It just kind of flopped. I guess that week at #26 meant nothing.

~ Alessia Cara - Here seems to have grown back into me over the week.

~ The Vamps - Wake Up needs to jump back up into the 20's. This song shouldn't be in the bottom 5 already.

~ Okay. Can Ex's & Oh's leave already. Elle King's voice is becoming annoying in this song. Very annoying.

~ Same Old Love has also grown back into me. Selena Gomez's vocals, maybe.

~ I completely forgot that MO - Kamikaze was on the countdown. That's odd.

~ I'm glad that Justin Bieber - Sorry dropped. It was much deserving of it.

~ It looks like Adventure Of A Lifetime's drop didn't last for long. Hits 1 likes Coldplay too much.

~ I'm so mad that Drag Me Down is in the top 3. This is ridiculous. Hits 1 needs to stop being obsessed with them. This is an old song.

~ Perfect at #1 is a big fat no. I'm really getting tired of One Direction right now.

Bottom 5 Songs
1. Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats - S.O.B.
2. One Direction - Drag Me Down
3. The Weeknd - Can't Feel My Face
4. Jason Derulo - Get Ugly
5. Ed Sheeran - Photograph

Top 5 Songs
1. Taylor Swift - New Romantics
2. Ellie Goulding - Something In The Way You Move
3. Zayn - Pillowtalk
4. Taylor Swift - Out Of The Woods
5. Twenty One Pilots - Stressed Out

I'll hopefully have The Hot 45 Chart out later today!

Love ya fam!

~ Jack :)
